
OK. I'm ready to start. This is my beginning-of-the-weight-loss-campaign- fat-face-picture, taken at my desk this morning.
WEIGHT THIS MORNING: 207 pounds
FOOD TODAY:
---Egg McMuffin, coffee, potato cake. (Why did I have that potato cake when I know I want to lose weight!)
---Blueberry muffin (snack)
---Two clementines mid-afternoon
---Handful of roasted sunflower seeds
---Mocha frappachino while driving to Indpls to see Mom
---Lemonade, sauteed veggies and eggs for supper.
---Cup of hot chocolate before bed
NEED TO: Get some tennis shoes with support asap. And get walking!
