I started off the day with Malinda picking me up at 7, WITH coffee in car! We walked at the mall for 45 minutes.
I blew it and ate a candybar at lunchtime. Also a chicken gyro sandwich.
But then I made Israeli salad and rice and lentil pilaf for dinner. And intend to only have a cup of tea for nighttime snack!

4am-strawberry nutrigrain bar
7am-1/2 croissant w/ cream cheese, OJ, iced nonfat latte
1pm- omelette w/cheddar cheese, tomatoes and green onions
4pm- robek's juice smoothie
6:30pm- peach, plain pasta, low sodium turkey slices
worked out (1/2 hour cardio, yoga/stretching, arm machines, ab machine)
