Breakfast: Eggs, toast, salad, tea
Lunch: Pizza, salad
OK, 2 chocolate cupcakes, too

Dinner: Toast, hard-boiled egg, tea

Cup of hot chocolate

Had Jordie drop me off at the Radio/TV building so I could attend 9th District debate (invited as HT guest). After the debate, I walked home. Took exactly one hour -- a beautiful walk!

Breakfast: Two pieces of toast with peanut butter, tea (no sugar)
Lunch: Rice/lentil pilaf, a hard-boiled egg, granola bar, tea
Dinner: Cheese sandwich, yogurt, tea
Afternoon snack: Two mini Baby Ruth bars from Marci's stash

Parked car at Bryan Park by the tennis courts and walked to and from Ballantine for class. Meant to walk with Sue tonight but took nap instead!

I started off the day with Malinda picking me up at 7, WITH coffee in car! We walked at the mall for 45 minutes.

I blew it and ate a candybar at lunchtime. Also a chicken gyro sandwich.

But then I made Israeli salad and rice and lentil pilaf for dinner. And intend to only have a cup of tea for nighttime snack!

Back on track! Thanks to our darling daughter Amalia. She called Friday night and I told her that I was feeling kind of depressed and had thus stopped by Steak and Shake and had a big chocolate milkshake and fries.

Amalia said "You've just got to keep a box of Junior Mints in the fridge, then when yu need a chocolate fix you can have a LITTLE." And she encouraged me to start ding this blog again. So, I am. Wait a minute -- have to go weigh myself.

208. I think that might be the most I have ever, ever weighed.

I haven't exercised today but yesterday morning, before I went to Indy have breakfast with my mom, Malina and I walked for a half-hour over in Renwick.

And I talked to Sue a while ago and said if she wanted to walk tonight, I would. If she doesn't, I will walk by myself.
