Breakfast: Two pieces of toast with peanut butter, tea (no sugar)
Lunch: Rice/lentil pilaf, a hard-boiled egg, granola bar, tea
Dinner: Cheese sandwich, yogurt, tea
Afternoon snack: Two mini Baby Ruth bars from Marci's stash
Parked car at Bryan Park by the tennis courts and walked to and from Ballantine for class. Meant to walk with Sue tonight but took nap instead!

breakfast- nonfat caramel macchiato and piece of pumpkin loaf at work (i'm weak)
late lunch/early dinner- six inch tuna sub on wheat with veggies and sun chips from subway
snack-tea, two peaches, strawberry fruit snacks
LOTS of water all day
went to gym, 40 mins cardio, ab machines, free weight lifting.
