WEIGHT THIS MORNING: 205 pounds

FOOD TODAY:
---For breakfast, cup of tea (no sugar) and a bowl with banana, strawberry yogurt and some chopped walnuts.
---Handful of roasted sunflower seeds
---For lunch, bowl of chicken/wild rice soup, one package pretzels, one clementine
---One piece of a chocolate orange
---Apple
---For dinner, portobello mushroom sandwich (didn't each the top slice of bread) with tomato, spinach and cheese, plus sweet potato fries and iced coffee
---At Jen's art opening, two cookies
---Intend to have a cup of hot chocolate before bed

EXERCISE: Walked all around downtown with Jordie, visiting art galleries

Have to talk to J. about the shoes.

OK. I'm ready to start. This is my beginning-of-the-weight-loss-campaign- fat-face-picture, taken at my desk this morning.

FOOD TODAY:
---Egg McMuffin, coffee, potato cake. (Why did I have that potato cake when I know I want to lose weight!)
---Blueberry muffin (snack)
---Two clementines mid-afternoon
---Handful of roasted sunflower seeds
---Mocha frappachino while driving to Indpls to see Mom
---Lemonade, sauteed veggies and eggs for supper.
---Cup of hot chocolate before bed


NEED TO: Get some tennis shoes with support asap. And get walking!
